Plans and billing

Can I use Rankfender without a subscription?

Yes, with pay as you go: buy credit packs from €10 / $11 and use Essential's features on 1 project. Credits never expire. See Pay as you go.

Can I change or cancel my plan at any time?

Yes, in Billing & Plans. An upgrade applies at once; a downgrade or a switch between monthly and yearly applies at the next renewal. After cancelling you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. See Billing and receipts.

How can I pay?

In EUR or USD, through Revolut, on Rankfender's own checkout page. Plans are paid by card; credit packs also with Apple Pay or Google Pay. Every payment has a PDF receipt.

What are credits?

The unit that pays for work with a real cost: AI checks, articles, keyword and competitor data, images and the Assistant. Every plan includes credits each month. See Monthly credits.

What Rankfender does

Which AI assistants does Rankfender check?

Up to 8: ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, DeepSeek, Grok, Llama and Mistral. Essential asks 5, Professional 7, Business and Agencies all 8; you choose which in "Monitoring Settings". Perplexity answers with live web sources. See AI Visibility.

Where do the Google numbers come from?

From your Google Search Console (clicks, impressions, positions), connected on Professional and up, plus the keywords your site already ranks for. See Google.

Where can I publish articles?

On WordPress with the plugin, which also fills the fields of Yoast, Rank Math, AIOSEO, SEOPress or The SEO Framework. Any other site can receive articles by webhook or fetch them with the content API. See API overview.

In which languages can Rankfender write?

28 writing languages, chosen when you create the project. The language list in Content settings shows 12 of them.

Can several people work on the same project?

Seats: 1 on Essential and Professional, 5 on Business, unlimited on Agencies, with the roles Admin, Editor and Viewer. From Professional, you can also assign tasks to people outside your team by email. See Team members.

Access and integrations

Is there an API?

Two mechanisms: a read-only content API for your published articles, and a push webhook. Account Settings › API Keys is marked "coming soon". See API overview.

Can I connect Slack?

Not yet: the Slack card is marked coming soon. See Slack.

Does Rankfender work on a phone?

No. Rankfender runs in desktop browsers; on a phone you see "Desktop Browser Required" with a button to copy the link.

Is my data used to train AI models?

Rankfender does not use your data to train its own models. Your briefs and pages are sent to the AI providers that write and check content, only to produce your results. See Privacy & Security.
