Sitemap

Load your site's pages with Reindex Sitemap, set a manual sitemap URL, read the page list and export it as CSV.

The "Sitemap" tab in Settings lists the pages of your website that Rankfender knows. The writer picks internal links for your articles from this list, so a complete list gives better links. Every plan has it.

Load your pages

Click "Reindex Sitemap" at the top right (it reads "Reindexing..." while it works). Rankfender looks for your sitemap in robots.txt, then at /sitemap.xml, /sitemap_index.xml and /wp-sitemap.xml, and follows sitemap indexes. With fewer than 50 pages or fewer than 10 blog posts, it also reads your RSS feed and crawls your site briefly.

If your sitemap lives elsewhere, use "Manual Sitemap URL (Optional)": click "Edit", paste the address (for example https://example.com/sitemap_index.xml) and click "Save & Refresh", which saves it and reindexes at once. Without one, the box says "Auto-detect from robots.txt or /sitemap.xml".

The page list

PartWhat it shows
CountersTotal Pages, Blog Posts, Products, Pages, Indexed and Errors, plus "Last indexed" (or "Never"). "View N error(s)" lists the failures.
Search and filter"Search URLs or titles..." and a type filter: All Types, Blog Posts, Products, Pages.
TableType, Title, URL, Status and Last Updated for each page. A page without a title shows "(No title found)".
StatusIndexed, Pending, Crawling or Error: where the page is in Rankfender's own list. It is not Google's index.

The type is guessed from the address and the sitemap name: /blog/ or a dated address means a blog post, /product/ or /shop/ a product, anything else a page. With nothing loaded yet, the tab says "No pages indexed yet".

Export CSV

"Export CSV", next to "Reindex Sitemap", downloads sitemap-export-(date).csv with Type, Title, URL, Meta Description, Status and Last Updated. It exports the pages listed on screen, so set the search and filter first.

Tip

Reindex after you publish or remove many pages, so new articles link to pages that exist. Site-wide link checks (orphan pages, broken links) are in Site Health: Every check explained.
