Custom Branding
Put your company name, logo and brand color on reports (Agencies plan), where they appear, and why Executive needs Professional or higher.
Put your own company on reports instead of Rankfender: its name, logo and brand color Agencies only.
Set it up
On the Templates tab, open the "Branding" part of "Report Automation" and fill in "Company Name", "Logo URL" (a public https address of the image) and "Brand Color". Changes save as you go. Below Agencies, the fields are greyed out with "Branding is available for Agencies plan only."
Tip
Use a PNG or JPG logo: the PDF can't draw SVG images.
Where your branding appears
| Where | What changes |
|---|---|
| The report in the app and on share links | Your logo (or company name) on the cover, your color on accents and charts, your company name in the footer. |
| PDFs: full project audit and template exports | Your logo and company name replace Rankfender's. The brand color isn't used in the PDF. |
What stays Rankfender:
- The share page itself: the Rankfender logo at the top and "Powered by Rankfender" at the bottom.
- Report emails, sent from Rankfender <noreply@rankfender.com>.
- The PDF's last page, which explains how Rankfender made the audit.
Reports you already made
A report keeps the branding it was made with. After you change your logo or name, open the report and click "Regenerate" to apply the new branding.
The Executive template
The "Executive Report" template needs Professional or higher Professional and up. Below that, its card shows "Pro+" and the message "Executive report template is available from Pro plan and above.", and it isn't offered as "Default Template" for scheduled reports. Its contents are listed in Templates and the full project audit.
