Brand Strategy
Brand Strategy, Strategic Intelligence and Pricing in the Brand Book: what to write in each field and how articles use it.
The lower part of the Brand Book says who you sell to, how you speak and what you can prove. It has three blocks: "Brand Strategy", "Strategic Intelligence" and "Pricing Model & Plans". The writer, the AI checks and the Assistant read all three.
Brand Strategy
| Field | What to write |
|---|---|
| "Target Audience" | Who buys from you: role, company type, situation. |
| "Unique Value Proposition" | What makes you the better choice, in one or two sentences. |
| "Problem You Address" | "What problem does your company solve for customers?" |
| "Solution You Offer" | "How does your solution address this problem?" |
| "Tone of Voice" | How you talk, such as friendly and direct, or formal and expert. Articles follow it. |
| "Key Features" | One feature per line. "+ Add feature" adds a line. |
| "Key Differentiators (3-8 items)" | "What makes you unique?", 3 to 8 lines. "+ Add differentiator" adds one. |
| "Brand Voice Snippets" | Example phrases in your voice, such as 'Professional yet approachable'. |
Strategic Intelligence
Its banner reads: "These fields power the AI-driven strategic prompt generation system." They help AI Visibility write questions that fit your business.
| Field | What to write |
|---|---|
| "Business Model" | How your company makes money: subscription, services, e-commerce, marketplace. |
| "Role Type" | What best describes you: software vendor, agency, consultant, platform. |
| "Problem Solved" | The specific problem you solve. |
| "Evidence Facts" | Concrete proof points about your brand: customer numbers, certifications, press coverage. "+ Add Evidence Fact" adds one. Articles use them as the facts about you. |
Pricing Model & Plans
The banner explains the rule: "The content generator quotes these verbatim and is forbidden from inventing other prices. Leave empty to make the AI write “pricing not publicly listed” instead of guessing."
- "Pricing Model": one short phrase, such as tiered SaaS, quote on request or one-time purchase.
- "Pricing Plans": "+ Add Pricing Plan", then "Plan name *", "Price", "Billing period", "Description" and "Highlights / included features" ("+ Add highlight").
- A plan without a name is not saved.
Tip
Write only what your own site or documents can confirm. Articles repeat these facts and prices word for word, so a wrong number spreads. To fill everything first and correct after, see Generate with AI.
