WordPress Integration
Install the Rankfender plugin, connect it with a token and see what is sent to WordPress and to Yoast, Rank Math and others.
The WordPress card connects one WordPress site to your project through the Rankfender plugin. Articles you publish from Rankfender then appear on your site, with the meta description and focus keyword filled in your SEO plugin. It works on every plan. The connection dialog and the plugin are in English.
Connect your site
Download the plugin
In Settings › Integrations, click "Install Plugin" on the WordPress card, then "Download Plugin".
Install it in WordPress
In WordPress: Plugins › Add New Plugin › Upload Plugin. Choose the file, install, then activate.
Create a token
Back in Rankfender, click "Generate Token", then "Copy".
Paste the token in the plugin
In WordPress, open Rankfender › Settings, paste it into "API token" and save.
Add your site address
In Rankfender, open the card again, fill "WORDPRESS SITE URL" (for example https://your-wordpress-site.com) and click "Save".
Test
Click "Test Connection". "Connection verified from plugin handshake." means it works and the card shows "Connected".
If you see "Not verified yet", click "Test connection" in the plugin's settings, then test again in Rankfender. Without a site URL, the dialog warns: "URL not set -- publishing to WordPress will not work until configured."
Default category
Click "Fetch from WordPress" to load your categories, then pick one, or keep "Auto (use article's topic category)". An article whose topic matches a WordPress category is filed there instead.
What is sent to WordPress

Rankfender asks WordPress to publish the post right away. To review first, set "Default publish status" to Draft and tick "Force default status" in the plugin's settings: every article then arrives as a draft.
Manage the connection
- "Last connection:" shows when the plugin last answered.
- "Regenerate Token" makes a new token. The old one stops working: paste the new one in the plugin.
- "Disconnect WordPress", then "Yes, Disconnect", removes the connection.
