Backlinks built by Rankfender

Under your link profile, the table lists the links ordered for you:

ColumnWhat it shows
"Site"The site's name, the article address and the page of yours it links to ("Target").
"DR"The site's authority score, 0 to 100.
"Price"What the link cost.
"Order Date" · "Published"When it was ordered and when the article went live.
"Article URL"The published article, once it is live.
"Status""Ongoing" (ordered, with "Pending"), "Live" or "Rejected".
"Actions"On live links, "Add Target URL" or "Edit Target URL" to record which page of yours it points to.

"Search by site name..." finds a link; "Show Filters" adds Status, Min/Max DR and Min/Max Price (€).

How each link is checked

In the Plan tab, every started month with live links has "Verify" ("Re-check that each published article still links to your site"). Rankfender opens each article and reads the link to your site:

ResultWhat it means
"Followed link"A normal link that passes authority to your page.
"Nofollow link"The link is marked nofollow, so it passes little or no authority.
"Redirect link"The link goes through the publisher's own redirector, so it passes no authority.
"Mention, no link"Your brand is named in the article but not linked.
"No link found"The article has no link to your site.
"Could not be checked"The article page could not be reached at the time of the check.

Some placements are bought for AI visibility rather than search ranking. For those, a nofollow link, a redirect or an unlinked mention all count as "AI-visible citation": AI assistants read the brand and the text around it, not the link attribute. Only "Brand not found" is a miss. They are counted apart from followed links.

The monthly before/after audit

Each started month has "Build audit" (first time) or "Audit". The "Month N audit" window shows "Before the month's links went live, and where the profile stood at the close.":

  • the headline movement: "Referring domains", "Backlinks", "Dofollow" and your authority, before → after,
  • "Profile, before and after": referring domains, referring main domains, backlinks, dofollow and nofollow backlinks, referring pages, broken backlinks, authority and spam score, with the change,
  • "Placements this month — N live of M planned", each link with its check result,
  • "Delivered value" for the month.

"PDF" and "CSV" download the same figures. While the month is open the audit is marked "Draft — month still open".

Closing a month

"Close" on the month (or "Close month N" at the top of the plan) re-checks what the month really delivered and makes its audit final: "Its audit is final and ready to download." A closed month is a record: its links can no longer be added, approved, rejected or edited. "Refresh measurements" can still rebuild the figures of every started month.

Note

Your authority and referring domains are measured from an independent link index. A link that is live today can take a while to show up in those totals, so a month's gains may appear in a later audit.
