Fair Usage Policy

Rankfender is built for SEO, content and AI visibility work on sites you own or manage. In the app, the only usage limits are your plan limits and your credits. This page sums up what that use covers and what it does not. The Terms of Service are the binding text.

What it covers

• Tracking, writing and publishing for your own sites and brands.
• Working on clients' sites, within your plan's brand limit. The Agencies plan is made for many clients.
• Publishing through the WordPress plugin, the webhook or the content API, and sharing reports by link.
• Watching competitors through the data Rankfender measures.

What is not allowed

• Content that breaks the law or third-party rights, or that harasses, defames or incites violence.
• Spam, or scraping other sites against their terms.
• Getting around plan limits or technical restrictions, for example with several accounts.
• Reverse-engineering the service, or running security scans or load tests without written permission from security@rankfender.com.
• Reselling or giving access to Rankfender itself, unless your Agencies agreement allows it.
• Presenting invented visibility scores to clients, or impersonating another person or company.

AI-written content

Articles are written with AI. They can contain errors, so review them before you publish. The publish gate holds back articles that fail Rankfender's quality review, but the final check is yours.

If an account breaks these rules

We may restrict features or suspend the account, with notice where we reasonably can. If you are unsure whether a use is allowed, ask us first.
