Dashboard Layout

The Rankfender dashboard follows a clean, modern layout optimized for productivity:

• Top Navigation Bar: Workspace switcher, notifications, and account menu
• Left Sidebar: Main navigation between sections
• Main Content Area: Where you work with projects and view data
• Context Actions: Section-specific actions appear in the top-right

Main Sections

Dashboard

Your project overview showing key metrics, recent activity, and quick access to important features. The dashboard provides a snapshot of:

• Content generation status
• Keyword performance trends
• AI visibility score
• Recent activity feed

Content

The Content section is organized into tabs:

• Autopilot: Configure automated content generation
• Posts: Manage all your articles
• Generator: Create content manually
• Settings: Configure content preferences

Keywords

Two main views for keyword management:

• Opportunities: Discover new keywords to target
• Organic Performance: Track rankings for existing keywords

AI Visibility

Navigate through the AI visibility features:

• Overview: Dashboard with visibility score and trends
• Topics: Organize prompts by topic areas
• Prompts: Manage questions you're tracking
• Responses: View AI-generated answers
• Position: Track ranking vs competitors
• Insights: AI-generated recommendations

Project Settings

Configure project-level settings:

• Brand Book: Define your brand identity
• Competitors: Add competitor tracking
• Personas: Define target audience personas
• Templates: Create reusable content templates
• Integrations: Connect external tools
• Sitemap: Configure sitemap analysis

Reports

Access reporting and monitoring:

Top Navigation Bar

Workspace Switcher

Click your workspace name in the top-left to switch between workspaces or create a new one.

Project Selector

Next to the workspace name, select which project you're currently working on. All views and actions apply to the selected project.

Notifications

The bell icon shows important updates:

• Content generation completions
• Keyword ranking changes
• AI visibility alerts
• Team member activity
• System announcements

Account Menu

Click your profile picture to access:

• Account settings
• Team management
• Billing information
• API keys
• Help & documentation
