RAISA AI Dashboard

An AI-powered dashboard template that puts intelligent insights front and center.

About the RAISA AI Dashboard

The RAISA AI Dashboard is an alternative template that replaces traditional charts and data tables with AI-driven insights, natural language summaries, and prioritized action recommendations. Instead of requiring you to interpret line graphs and compare numbers manually, RAISA analyzes your project data and presents its findings in a clear, narrative format.

This template is ideal for users who prefer a high-level understanding of project performance without diving into granular metrics. It is especially useful for executives, stakeholders, or team members who need to quickly assess the state of a project during a meeting or review session. The underlying data is identical to what powers the Standard Dashboard, so you can switch between templates at any time without discrepancy.

Layout Sections

The RAISA AI Dashboard is organized into five primary sections. Each section is designed to deliver insights in an increasingly actionable format, starting with raw metrics and progressing to specific recommendations.

KPI Cards Row

The top of the RAISA AI Dashboard displays the same four primary KPI cards found on the Standard Dashboard. These cards provide continuity between templates, ensuring that regardless of which template you use, the most important metric values are always visible at the top of the page. Each card shows the current metric value, period-over-period change, trend direction, and a mini sparkline chart. For a complete description of all available KPI cards, see the KPI Cards documentation.

RAISA Insight Cards Panel

The largest section on the RAISA AI Dashboard is the Insight Cards Panel. This area displays a collection of AI-generated insight cards, each one highlighting a specific finding, trend, or anomaly detected in your project data. Insight cards are categorized into three types:

  • Performance Alerts — Notifications about significant changes in your metrics, such as a sudden drop in AI visibility or an unexpected spike in organic traffic. These cards explain what changed and provide context for why it may have happened.
  • Opportunities — Suggestions for actions you can take to improve your project's performance. For example, RAISA might identify keywords where you are close to ranking on page one and recommend creating targeted content to push those keywords higher.
  • Competitive Intelligence — Insights about your competitors' activities and how they affect your positioning. These cards might highlight that a competitor has gained significant AI visibility in a category you target, or that a new competitor has entered your keyword space.

Each insight card includes a title, a brief explanation, the data points that support the insight, and a relevance score indicating how impactful the finding is. Cards are sorted by relevance so the most important insights appear first. The insight cards displayed here are the same ones described in the RAISA Insight Cards documentation.

AI Summary

The AI Summary section presents a natural language paragraph written by RAISA that summarizes your project's overall performance for the current period. Rather than listing metrics, the summary tells a story about your project. A typical summary might read:

"This week, your AI visibility improved by 12%, primarily driven by increased citations from ChatGPT for your product comparison articles. Organic traffic held steady at 8,400 clicks, though keyword rankings dipped slightly with an average position change of -0.3. Your content pipeline produced 6 new articles, all scoring above 85 on the quality index. The main area of concern is Share of Voice, which decreased by 2% as Competitor X published a series of high-ranking guides in your target category."

This summary is regenerated each time the dashboard loads, ensuring it always reflects the latest available data. The language adapts based on what has changed most significantly, so the summary naturally emphasizes the most noteworthy developments.

Priority Actions

Below the AI Summary, the Priority Actions section lists the top three recommended actions based on your current data. Each action is specific, measurable, and directly tied to an insight or metric trend. Priority actions are presented as a numbered list with the following structure:

  1. Action title — A concise description of what to do, such as "Create content targeting 5 high-opportunity keywords" or "Investigate the 15% drop in AI citations from Gemini."
  2. Rationale — A brief explanation of why this action matters, linking it back to the relevant data or insight card.
  3. Expected impact — An estimate of the potential improvement if the action is taken, such as "Could improve AI Visibility Score by approximately 3-5 points."

Priority actions are recalculated with each dashboard load and adapt as your data changes. Completing a recommended action and seeing its results reflected in your metrics will cause RAISA to replace it with the next most impactful recommendation.

Embedded Chat

Unlike the Standard Dashboard, which uses a floating chat widget, the RAISA AI Dashboard includes a full inline chat interface as a dedicated section at the bottom of the page. This embedded chat allows you to immediately ask follow-up questions about any of the insights, summaries, or actions displayed above. For example, after reading that your AI visibility improved by 12%, you might type "Which specific pages drove the AI visibility increase?" and receive a detailed breakdown.

The embedded chat has full context of everything displayed on your dashboard, so you do not need to re-explain or reference specific sections. It supports multi-turn conversations, allowing you to drill progressively deeper into a topic. The chat history persists for the duration of your session but resets when you navigate away from the dashboard.

Who Should Use This Template

The RAISA AI Dashboard is best suited for the following scenarios:

  • Executive reviews — When presenting project performance to leadership, the narrative format is easier to communicate than raw charts.
  • Quick check-ins — If you need to understand project health in under a minute, the AI summary and priority actions deliver that efficiently.
  • Action-oriented workflows — If you want to know what to do next rather than what happened, the priority actions section provides direct guidance.
  • Stakeholder sharing — Team members who are not deeply involved in day-to-day operations can grasp project status through the natural language summaries without needing to interpret data visualizations.

Relationship to the Standard Dashboard

The RAISA AI Dashboard and the Standard Dashboard are two views of the same data. No information is lost or hidden when using either template. If you find that you need to see raw charts or detailed tables, you can switch to the Standard Dashboard at any time. Similarly, if you are on the Standard Dashboard and want a quick narrative summary, you can switch to the RAISA template. Both templates are always available and can be changed instantly through the template switcher.
