Dashboard Overview

Your project's central hub for monitoring performance across all channels.

What Is the Dashboard

The Dashboard is the first screen you see when entering a project. It provides an at-a-glance view of your performance metrics across SEO, AI visibility, content production, and the competitive landscape. Every metric displayed on the dashboard is specific to the currently selected project, ensuring you always have a focused and relevant view of the data that matters most.

Rather than navigating between multiple reports to piece together a picture of your project's health, the dashboard consolidates the most important signals into a single, unified interface. Whether you need to check how your AI visibility has changed over the past week or review the latest batch of generated content, the dashboard surfaces those insights immediately.

Dashboard Templates

Two distinct dashboard templates are available, each designed for a different workflow and preference. Both templates draw from the same underlying data sources, so the numbers you see are always consistent regardless of which template you choose.

Standard Dashboard

The Standard Dashboard uses a traditional KPI-focused layout. It displays performance charts, metric tables, keyword rankings, and activity timelines in a structured grid. This template is ideal for users who prefer to interact directly with raw data, compare time periods visually, and drill into specific metrics through charts and tables.

RAISA AI Dashboard

The RAISA AI Dashboard replaces many of the traditional charts with AI-generated insight cards and natural language summaries. Instead of interpreting a line chart yourself, RAISA tells you exactly what changed, why it matters, and what you should do about it. This template is particularly well-suited for executives, stakeholders, or anyone who wants a quick narrative understanding of project performance without diving into granular metrics.

Switching Between Templates

You can switch between the Standard and RAISA AI templates at any time without losing data or context. A template switcher icon is located in the top-right corner of the dashboard. Your template preference is saved per-project and persists across sessions, so you can use the Standard template for one project and the RAISA AI template for another. For detailed instructions, see the Switching Templates documentation page.

Data Refresh and Timestamps

The dashboard automatically refreshes its data each time you navigate to it. A Last Updated timestamp is displayed at the top of the dashboard, indicating when the data was most recently pulled from your connected integrations. This ensures you are always looking at current information without needing to manually trigger a refresh.

Behind the scenes, the platform periodically syncs data from sources such as Google Search Console, AI model monitoring endpoints, and your content production pipeline. The frequency of these syncs depends on the data source, but the dashboard always reflects the most recent available snapshot.

Project-Specific Data

All data displayed on the dashboard is scoped to the currently active project. If you manage multiple projects within a workspace, switching between projects will update the entire dashboard to reflect that project's metrics, keywords, content, and competitive data. There is no cross-project aggregation on the dashboard itself; each project maintains its own independent set of metrics and insights.
