Ciclo de vida de las palabras clave
Rastrea las palabras clave desde el descubrimiento hasta la creación y publicación de contenido.
Lifecycle Overview
Every keyword in Rankfender follows a defined lifecycle that mirrors the journey from initial discovery through to published content. The lifecycle provides a pipeline view of your keyword strategy, ensuring that no opportunities slip through the cracks and that every keyword is accounted for at each stage of your content workflow.
Lifecycle States
| State | Description |
|---|---|
| Opportunity | The keyword has been newly discovered or imported but has not yet been acted upon. It sits in your keyword list awaiting evaluation and prioritization. |
| Added to Calendar | The keyword has been scheduled in the Content Planner. A specific date has been assigned for content creation, and it appears on your editorial calendar. |
| Content Generated | An article has been generated for this keyword using the content generator. The article is ready for review, editing, or publishing. |
| Published | The content targeting this keyword is live on your website. It has been published either manually or through the auto-publish feature to a connected CMS. |
| Archived | The keyword is no longer being actively tracked or pursued. It remains in your project history for reference but is excluded from active reporting and opportunity calculations. |
| Tracked | The keyword is being actively monitored for ranking changes over time. Ranking data is collected on a regular basis and reflected in your dashboards and reports. |
Using the Pipeline View
The lifecycle provides a clear pipeline view from keyword discovery through to published content. By looking at the distribution of keywords across each state, you can quickly identify bottlenecks in your content production process. For example, if a large number of keywords are stuck in the Opportunity state, it may be time to schedule more content in the Content Planner. If many keywords show Content Generated but few are Published, your review and publishing workflow may need attention.
Ensuring No Opportunities Are Missed
The lifecycle model ensures complete visibility into your keyword strategy. Every keyword that enters your project is assigned a state, and transitions between states happen automatically as you take action. When you schedule a keyword in the Content Planner, it moves to Added to Calendar. When an article is generated, it advances to Content Generated. When the article goes live, it transitions to Published. This automatic state management means you always have an accurate view of where each keyword stands in your content pipeline without any manual bookkeeping.
