Usage Dashboard
The Usage page shows how much of your plan's resources you've consumed in the current billing period.
Tracked Resources
- Articles Generated: Number of articles created this period
- Keywords Tracked: Total keywords being monitored
- AI Visibility Prompts: Number of prompts being tracked
- API Calls: Total API requests made
- Team Members: Active seats used
- Projects: Number of active projects
Usage Indicators
Each resource shows a progress bar with:
- Current usage amount
- Plan limit
- Percentage used
- Warning when approaching 80% of the limit
When You Approach Limits
Rankfender warns you before hitting limits:
- In-app notification at 80% usage
- Email notification at 90% usage
- Autopilot pauses when content generation limit is reached
- API requests return 429 status when rate limit is hit

If you consistently hit limits, consider upgrading your plan. See Billing & Plans for upgrade options.
