Team Management
Invite team members to collaborate on projects within your workspace. Each member can have different permission levels.
Available Roles
- Owner: Full access to everything including billing and workspace deletion
- Admin: Full access to all projects and settings, except billing
- Editor: Can create, edit, and publish content across assigned projects
- Viewer: Read-only access to projects and reports
Inviting Members
- Go to Workspace → Team
- Click "Invite Member"
- Enter their email address
- Select a role
- Optionally restrict access to specific projects
- Send the invitation
Project-Level Access
Beyond workspace roles, you can restrict members to specific projects:
- Editors can be limited to certain projects only
- Viewers can see specific project dashboards
- Admins always have access to all projects
Managing Members
- Change a member's role at any time
- Revoke access immediately
- View activity logs per team member
- Transfer ownership to another member
Seat Limits
The number of team members depends on your plan:
- Essential: 1 user
- Professional: 5 users
- Agencies: 20 users
- Enterprise: Unlimited
