Integration Overview
RAISA is deeply integrated into the Rankfender dashboard experience. Rather than existing as a separate tool you need to navigate to, RAISA meets you where you already work. It appears in two distinct forms depending on which dashboard template you are using: the Insight Cards Panel on the RAISA AI Dashboard, and the floating Chat Widget available across all dashboard views.
Insight Cards Panel
The Insight Cards Panel is a dedicated section available on the RAISA AI Dashboard template. This panel displays the latest AI-generated Insight Cards in a structured layout, giving you an at-a-glance view of everything RAISA has detected since your last visit.
The panel is positioned prominently within the RAISA AI Dashboard layout so that insights are the first thing you see when you open the page. Cards within the panel follow the standard priority ordering, with high-priority items at the top. You can interact with each card directly from the panel, including following action links and dismissing cards you have already reviewed.

Chat Widget
The Chat Widget is a floating button that appears in the bottom-right corner of every dashboard view in Rankfender. Clicking the button expands a slide-out panel where you can interact with RAISA conversationally. The widget is available on both the Standard Dashboard and the RAISA AI Dashboard, ensuring you always have access to AI assistance regardless of which template you are using.
The slide-out panel provides the full RAISA Chat experience, including the ability to ask questions, receive data-backed answers, and execute tool calls. The panel is designed to overlay your current view without disrupting your workflow. You can keep the chat open while navigating between different dashboard sections.
Opening the Chat Widget
There are two ways to open the RAISA Chat Widget:
- Click the chat button — The floating button in the bottom-right corner of any dashboard page. The button displays the RAISA icon and is always visible.
- Keyboard shortcut — Press Cmd+J on macOS or Ctrl+J on Windows and Linux to toggle the chat panel from anywhere within Rankfender.
RAISA AI Dashboard
The RAISA AI Dashboard is a specialized dashboard template that puts AI-powered insights front and center. Unlike the Standard Dashboard, which focuses on traditional metrics and charts, the RAISA AI Dashboard is designed around the AI assistant experience.
Key features of the RAISA AI Dashboard include:
- Prominent Insight Cards Panel — The largest section of the dashboard, displaying all current Insight Cards with full detail.
- AI Visibility Summary — A dedicated widget showing your current AI mention rates, citation counts, and trend indicators across all tracked AI models.
- Quick Action Bar — Shortcut buttons for common RAISA actions such as generating a content brief, creating a report snapshot, or starting a new chat conversation.
- Recent Conversations — A sidebar listing your most recent RAISA chat threads for quick access to ongoing analyses.

Standard Dashboard Experience
On the Standard Dashboard, RAISA is present exclusively through the floating Chat Widget. The Standard Dashboard retains its traditional layout focused on metrics, charts, and tabular data. The Chat Widget in the bottom-right corner gives you on-demand access to RAISA without altering the dashboard layout you are accustomed to.
If you want a more AI-centric experience, you can switch to the RAISA AI Dashboard template at any time from your dashboard settings. Both templates have access to the same underlying data and RAISA capabilities.
Context-Aware Chat
One of the most powerful aspects of RAISA's dashboard integration is context awareness. When you open the Chat Widget from a specific section of the dashboard, RAISA automatically pre-loads relevant context based on where you are. This means you can start asking questions immediately without having to explain what you are looking at.
Here is how context awareness works across different dashboard sections:
- Keywords Section — RAISA knows you are viewing keyword data and will prioritize keyword-related responses. Asking "What changed recently?" will return keyword ranking changes rather than general traffic data.
- Content Section — RAISA focuses on content performance metrics. Asking "Which pages need attention?" will return content refresh recommendations.
- Competitor Section — RAISA loads competitor context and will default to competitive analysis in its responses.
- AI Visibility Section — RAISA centers its responses around AI mention data, citation tracking, and AI model performance.
You can always override the pre-loaded context by asking questions about a different topic. The context awareness is a convenience feature, not a restriction. RAISA will respond to any in-scope question regardless of which section you opened the chat from.
