Rapports planifiés

Mettez en place la génération et la livraison automatisées de rapports par email.

Auto-Scheduling Overview

Rankfender can automatically generate and deliver reports on a recurring schedule so you never have to remember to create them manually. Once configured, reports are generated at your chosen frequency and delivered directly to specified email addresses as PDF attachments. This is ideal for agencies sending regular performance updates to clients, or for teams that need consistent reporting without manual effort.

Configuration

To set up scheduled reports, navigate to the Reports section of your project and open the scheduling settings. There are three configuration steps to complete:

SettingDescription
Enable Auto-GenerateToggle the auto_generate setting to on. This activates the automated report generation pipeline for your project.
Set FrequencyChoose between weekly or monthly report generation. Weekly reports cover the previous 7 days, while monthly reports cover the previous calendar month.
Add RecipientsEnter one or more email addresses that should receive the generated report. Each recipient receives the report as a PDF attachment.

What Scheduled Reports Include

Reports generated on schedule include all 10 standard report sections: Cover Page, KPI Cards, Executive Summary, Performance Trend, SEO Section, AI Visibility Section, Backlinks Section, Content Section, Competitor Section, and Footer. Your custom branding settings (logo, company name, and accent color) are automatically applied to every scheduled report, ensuring a consistent and professional presentation.

Delivery Format

Scheduled reports are delivered via email with the report attached as a PDF file. The email includes a brief summary of the report's key metrics and the date range covered. Recipients can open the PDF to view the full report with all charts, tables, and analysis sections rendered in your brand colors and layout.

Managing Schedules

You can update the frequency, add or remove recipient email addresses, or disable auto-generation at any time from the report scheduling settings. Changes take effect immediately and apply to the next scheduled generation cycle. Disabling auto-generation does not delete any previously generated reports; they remain accessible in your report history.
