Overview
The Wix integration allows you to publish AI-generated articles directly from Rankfender to your Wix site's blog. This integration is designed for businesses and creators who use Wix as their primary website platform and want to streamline their content publishing workflow.
Connecting Wix
To connect your Wix site to Rankfender:
- Navigate to Project Settings > Integrations.
- Click the Wix integration option.
- Authenticate through the Wix API by signing in to your Wix account and granting Rankfender access to your site's blog management.
After successful authentication, a green Connected badge appears next to the Wix integration in your project settings, confirming that the connection is active.
Publishing Articles
Once connected, articles created in Rankfender's Content section can be published directly to your Wix blog. The article title, full HTML content, meta description, and featured image are all transmitted to Wix. You can publish articles individually from the Content section or set up automated publishing through the Content Planner.
Auto-Publish Support
The Wix integration supports auto-publish through the Content Planner's autopilot feature. When autopilot is enabled, approved articles are automatically published to your Wix blog on your configured schedule, allowing you to maintain consistent content output without manual publishing steps.
Managing the Integration
You can manage the Wix integration from Project Settings > Integrations:
- Active/Inactive Toggle - Turn the integration on or off without disconnecting your Wix account. When set to inactive, no articles will be published to Wix, but the connection remains intact for future use.
- Connection Status - The connection status is displayed with a green "Connected" badge when the integration is functioning correctly.
- Disconnect - Fully remove the Wix integration from your project. Articles previously published to your Wix blog are not affected by disconnecting.
