Laden Sie Teammitglieder ein und verwalten Sie Zugriffsebenen in Ihrem Arbeitsbereich.

Team Management

Invite team members to collaborate on projects within your workspace. Each member can have different permission levels.

Available Roles

  • Owner: Full access to everything including billing and workspace deletion
  • Admin: Full access to all projects and settings, except billing
  • Editor: Can create, edit, and publish content across assigned projects
  • Viewer: Read-only access to projects and reports

Inviting Members

  1. Go to Workspace → Team
  2. Click "Invite Member"
  3. Enter their email address
  4. Select a role
  5. Optionally restrict access to specific projects
  6. Send the invitation

Project-Level Access

Beyond workspace roles, you can restrict members to specific projects:

  • Editors can be limited to certain projects only
  • Viewers can see specific project dashboards
  • Admins always have access to all projects

Managing Members

  • Change a member's role at any time
  • Revoke access immediately
  • View activity logs per team member
  • Transfer ownership to another member

Seat Limits

The number of team members depends on your plan:

  • Essential: 1 user
  • Professional: 5 users
  • Agencies: 20 users
  • Enterprise: Unlimited
