Multiple Workspaces
If you belong to multiple workspaces (e.g., your own agency plus client workspaces), you can switch between them without logging out.
How to Switch
- Click your workspace name in the top-left corner of the dashboard
- A dropdown shows all workspaces you have access to
- Click the workspace you want to switch to
- The dashboard reloads with that workspace's projects and data
Workspace Context
Everything in Rankfender is workspace-scoped:
- Projects belong to a workspace
- Team members are managed per workspace
- Billing is at the workspace level
- Usage limits apply per workspace
Accepting Workspace Invitations
When invited to a new workspace:
- Check your email for the invitation
- Click the invitation link
- The workspace appears in your workspace switcher
