Backlinks bestellen

Schritt-für-Schritt-Anleitung zum Aufgeben und Verwalten von Backlink-Bestellungen über den Marktplatz.

This feature is currently in development and will be available in a future release.

Ordering Workflow

Placing a backlink order through the Rankfender Marketplace will follow a streamlined, step-by-step process designed to minimize friction while giving you full control over every detail of your placement. The entire flow takes place within your Rankfender dashboard, from publisher selection to final backlink verification.

Step 1: Browse and Select a Publisher

Start by browsing the Marketplace or using the filtering tools to find a publisher that matches your requirements. Review the publisher's profile, metrics, ratings, and content guidelines. When you find a suitable match, click the "Place Order" button on their listing to begin the ordering process.

Step 2: Choose Your Order Type

Rankfender will offer three distinct order types to accommodate different link-building strategies:

  • Guest Post (Your Content): You provide a fully written article that meets the publisher's content guidelines. This gives you maximum control over the content surrounding your backlink.
  • Guest Post (Publisher Writes): The publisher's editorial team writes the article based on a content brief you provide. This is ideal when you want high-quality, natively written content that matches the publisher's voice.
  • Link Insertion: Your link is inserted into an existing, already-indexed article on the publisher's site. This is typically faster and more affordable, and benefits from the existing page's authority and traffic.

Step 3: Specify Target URL and Anchor Text

Enter the URL on your site that you want the backlink to point to. Then specify your preferred anchor text. Rankfender will analyze your existing backlink profile and keyword data to suggest optimal anchor text variations. The system will warn you if your anchor text distribution is becoming over-optimized for a particular keyword, helping you maintain a natural-looking link profile.

Step 4: Provide Content Brief or Upload Article

Depending on the order type you selected, you will either upload your completed article or provide a content brief. For guest posts where you supply the content, Rankfender will check your article against the publisher's content requirements (word count, formatting, topic relevance) before submission. For publisher-written content, you will fill out a brief that includes your topic preference, key points to cover, tone of voice, and any specific requirements.

If you have articles created in Rankfender's Content module, you can submit them directly for guest posting without needing to download and re-upload. This integration streamlines the process significantly for users who generate content within the platform.

Step 5: Review Pricing and Submit Order

Before submitting, you will see a complete summary of your order including the publisher's name, order type, target URL, anchor text, content, and total price. Review all details carefully, then submit the order. Payment is held in escrow until the backlink is verified as live and matching your specifications.

Step 6: Publisher Reviews the Order

Once submitted, the publisher will receive a notification and has 48 hours to accept or reject your order. If the publisher rejects the order, you will be notified with a reason and your payment will be released from escrow immediately. If accepted, the order moves to the "In Progress" status.

Step 7: Content Creation and Review

For publisher-written content, the editorial team will draft the article based on your brief. You will have the opportunity to review the content and request revisions before it is published. For your own content, the publisher may request minor edits to align with their editorial standards. All communication happens within the Rankfender order interface.

Step 8: Article Publication

Once the content is finalized, the publisher will publish the article on their site and mark the order as "Published." You will receive a notification with the live URL of the published article.

Step 9: Backlink Verification

After publication, Rankfender's crawler will automatically visit the published URL to verify that your backlink is present, correctly pointing to your target URL, using the agreed anchor text, and set to dofollow (unless otherwise specified). Once verification passes, the order is marked as "Verified" and the payment is released from escrow to the publisher.

Order Statuses

Every order in the system will have a clearly defined status so you always know exactly where things stand. The following table describes each possible order status:

StatusDescription
PendingOrder has been submitted and is awaiting publisher review. The publisher has 48 hours to respond.
AcceptedPublisher has accepted the order and work will begin shortly.
In ProgressContent is being written or prepared for publication.
ReviewContent is ready for your review. You can approve or request revisions.
PublishedThe article has been published on the publisher's site. Awaiting backlink verification.
VerifiedRankfender's crawler has confirmed the backlink is live and matches specifications. Order complete.
RejectedPublisher declined the order. Payment is released back to you with the rejection reason.
DisputedA dispute has been raised regarding the order. Rankfender's support team will mediate.

Bulk Ordering for Agencies

Users on the Agencies and Enterprise plans will have access to bulk ordering capabilities. Bulk ordering allows you to place multiple orders simultaneously across different publishers, making it efficient to execute large-scale link-building campaigns. The bulk ordering interface will let you:

  • Upload a CSV file with multiple target URLs, anchor texts, and publisher selections.
  • Apply the same content brief across multiple orders.
  • Set budget limits per order and per campaign.
  • Track all bulk orders in a unified campaign view with aggregate status reporting.
  • Assign orders to different projects within your workspace.

Integration with the Content Module

Rankfender's Content module and the Backlink Marketplace will be tightly integrated. Articles that you generate, edit, or optimize within the Content module can be submitted directly as guest post content when placing a Marketplace order. This eliminates the need to export content from one tool and import it into another. When selecting the "Guest Post (Your Content)" order type, you will see an option to choose from your existing Content module articles. The system will automatically check that the selected article meets the publisher's content requirements before submission.

Anchor Text Optimization

When specifying anchor text for your backlink, Rankfender will provide intelligent suggestions based on your project's keyword data and existing backlink profile. The system will analyze your current anchor text distribution and recommend variations that maintain a natural profile. Recommendations will include:

  • Exact Match: Your target keyword used as the anchor text, recommended sparingly to avoid over-optimization.
  • Partial Match: A phrase that includes your target keyword along with additional words for a more natural appearance.
  • Branded: Your brand name or domain as the anchor text to build brand authority.
  • Generic: Common phrases like "click here," "learn more," or "this resource" for anchor text diversity.
  • URL: The naked URL as anchor text for a natural link profile.

The optimizer will display your current anchor text distribution as a percentage breakdown and indicate which categories could use more or fewer links. Following these recommendations will help you build a backlink profile that appears natural to search engines.
