Gerencie sua assinatura, métodos de pagamento e faturas.

Billing Overview

Billing is managed at the workspace level. The workspace owner can view invoices, update payment methods, and change plans.

Current Plan

View your active plan, billing cycle, and next payment date. Plan details include:

  • Plan name and tier
  • Monthly or annual billing
  • Next billing date and amount
  • All included features and limits

Changing Plans

  • Upgrading: Takes effect immediately. You're charged the prorated difference.
  • Downgrading: Takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Annual to Monthly: Switch happens at the end of the annual period.

Payment Methods

Accepted payment methods:

  • Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)
  • Wire transfer (Enterprise plans only)

Invoices

All invoices are available in the billing section:

  • Download PDF invoices for any billing period
  • View payment history
  • Update billing information (company name, VAT number, address)

Cancellation

To cancel your subscription:

  • Go to Workspace → Billing
  • Click "Cancel Subscription"
  • Your workspace remains active until the end of the billing period
  • Data is retained for 30 days after cancellation
