Cartões de insights

What Are Insight Cards?
Insight Cards are proactive, AI-generated notifications that RAISA produces by continuously analyzing your project data. Instead of requiring you to manually review every metric and report, Insight Cards surface the most important findings directly on your dashboard. Each card represents a specific insight, opportunity, or alert that RAISA has identified as relevant to your current strategy.
Cards are generated automatically and refresh each time you visit your dashboard. RAISA evaluates the latest data, compares it against historical trends and thresholds, and produces new cards whenever something noteworthy is detected.
Card Types
RAISA generates five distinct categories of Insight Cards, each designed to address a different aspect of your project performance.
Performance Alerts
Performance Alert cards notify you about significant changes in your key metrics. These include sudden traffic drops or spikes, notable ranking changes for important keywords, and statistical anomalies that deviate from your established baselines. RAISA uses historical data to determine what constitutes a significant change, so you only receive alerts for movements that actually matter.
Content Opportunities
Content Opportunity cards highlight areas where you can create or improve content to capture more visibility. These cards identify keyword gaps where competitors rank but you do not, trending topics in your niche that you have not covered yet, and existing pages that would benefit from a content refresh based on declining performance or outdated information.
Competitive Intelligence
Competitive Intelligence cards keep you informed about what your competitors are doing. RAISA tracks competitor ranking gains and losses, detects when competitors publish new content targeting your keywords, and alerts you when a new domain begins competing for your tracked terms. These cards help you respond quickly to competitive threats.
AI Visibility Changes
AI Visibility Change cards monitor how AI models reference your brand and content. You will receive alerts when your mention rate shifts significantly, when new AI models begin citing your content, or when you lose citations that previously appeared. As AI-driven search becomes increasingly important, these cards help you stay on top of your presence across AI platforms.
Strategic Recommendations
Strategic Recommendation cards provide higher-level suggestions based on the overall patterns RAISA detects in your data. These might include budget allocation advice, content calendar suggestions, or recommendations for shifting focus between different keyword clusters based on seasonality and competitive dynamics.
Card Types Reference
| Type | Description | Example | Priority Level |
|---|---|---|---|
| Performance Alert | Significant changes in traffic, rankings, or key metrics that deviate from historical baselines | Organic traffic dropped 23% week-over-week for the /pricing page cluster | High |
| Content Opportunity | Gaps in your content coverage where new or refreshed content could capture additional visibility | 3 competitors rank for "enterprise SSO setup guide" but you have no content targeting this term | Medium |
| Competitive Intelligence | Notable competitor activity including ranking gains, new content, or changes in competitive landscape | Competitor X gained 15 new page-one rankings in your "cloud security" keyword cluster this month | Medium |
| AI Visibility Change | Shifts in how AI models reference, cite, or mention your brand and content | Your brand mention rate in ChatGPT responses increased from 8% to 14% for product comparison queries | High |
| Strategic Recommendation | Higher-level suggestions for resource allocation, content planning, and strategic direction | Based on seasonal trends, consider increasing content output for "tax software" keywords by March | Low |
Card Anatomy
Every Insight Card is structured with the same set of elements to ensure consistency and quick readability.
- Title — A concise headline summarizing the insight in one sentence.
- Summary — A brief paragraph providing additional context, including relevant numbers and comparisons.
- Priority — A label indicating the urgency of the insight: High, Medium, or Low. High-priority cards always appear at the top of the list.
- Category — The card type (Performance Alert, Content Opportunity, Competitive Intelligence, AI Visibility Change, or Strategic Recommendation).
- Action Button — A primary call-to-action that links to the relevant section of Rankfender where you can investigate further or take the suggested action.
- Dismiss Button — Allows you to remove the card from your dashboard. Dismissed cards will not reappear.
Priority and Ordering
Insight Cards are displayed in priority order. High-priority cards always appear first, followed by medium-priority cards, and then low-priority cards. Within the same priority level, cards are ordered by recency, with the most recently generated cards appearing first.
RAISA assigns priority based on several factors, including the magnitude of the change detected, the potential impact on your overall strategy, and the time sensitivity of the recommended action. For example, a large traffic drop affecting a high-value page cluster would receive high priority, while a content calendar suggestion for next quarter would receive low priority.
Refreshing and Dismissing
Cards are regenerated each time you visit your dashboard. RAISA re-evaluates the latest data and may produce new cards, update existing ones, or remove cards that are no longer relevant because the underlying situation has changed.
When you dismiss a card, RAISA records that action and ensures the same insight does not surface again. However, if the underlying data changes significantly after dismissal, RAISA may generate a new card about the same topic with updated information.
Deep Linking to Relevant Sections
Each Insight Card includes a direct link to the most relevant section of Rankfender for further investigation. For example, a Performance Alert about keyword ranking drops will link directly to the Keywords section filtered to the affected terms. A Content Opportunity card will link to the Content area with the suggested topic pre-loaded. This deep-linking ensures you can move from insight to action with a single click.
