Viewing AI Responses
The Responses section shows the actual answers AI systems generate for your tracked prompts. This is where you see exactly how AI platforms represent your brand.
Response Analysis
Each response is analyzed for:
- Brand Mention: Whether your brand is mentioned by name
- Citation Position: Where in the response your brand appears (first, middle, last)
- Sentiment: Whether the mention is positive, neutral, or negative
- Context: How your brand is described or positioned
- Competitors Listed: Other brands mentioned alongside yours
Platform Comparison
Compare how different AI platforms respond to the same prompt. You may find that:
- ChatGPT mentions your brand but Claude doesn't
- One platform ranks you higher than another
- Perplexity includes your URL while others only mention the brand name
Historical Responses
Responses are tracked over time, allowing you to see how AI answers evolve. This helps you understand:
- Whether your content efforts are improving AI mentions
- How competitor mentions change relative to yours
- Whether new content leads to new citations
Taking Action on Responses
- If your brand isn't mentioned: Create targeted content for that prompt's topic
- If positioned poorly: Improve content authority and depth on that subject
- If sentiment is negative: Address the concerns in new content
