Cos'è RAISA?
RAISA è l'assistente strategico IA di Rankfender che fornisce insight e raccomandazioni intelligenti.
Overview
RAISA stands for Rankfender AI Strategic Assistant. It is an always-on AI layer built into Rankfender that continuously analyzes your project data and surfaces actionable insights. Rather than forcing you to dig through dashboards and reports to find what matters, RAISA brings the most important findings directly to you, along with clear recommendations on what to do next.
RAISA is not a generic chatbot. It is purpose-built for the Rankfender platform and only operates within the scope of your project data. If you ask it something outside its domain, it will politely decline and redirect you to topics it can help with.
Two Modes of Operation
RAISA operates across two complementary modes, each designed for a different workflow.
Insight Cards
Insight Cards are proactive, AI-generated notifications that appear directly on your dashboards. RAISA continuously monitors your project data and generates cards whenever it detects something noteworthy. These cards cover four primary categories:
- Performance Alerts — Notifications about significant traffic drops, ranking changes, or statistical anomalies that require your attention.
- Content Opportunities — Suggestions for new content topics, keyword gaps you can fill, and existing pages that would benefit from a refresh.
- Competitive Changes — Updates when competitors gain or lose ground in your tracked keywords, or when new competitors enter your space.
- AI Visibility Shifts — Alerts about changes in how AI models reference your brand, including new citations, lost citations, and mention rate fluctuations.
Chat Interface
The Chat Interface provides an interactive, conversational way to explore your data. You can ask RAISA questions in natural language, get detailed recommendations, and even trigger actions directly through tool calling. For example, you might ask RAISA to generate a content brief, add keywords to your tracking list, or create a report snapshot, all without leaving the chat.
Data Sources
RAISA draws from every major data source within your Rankfender project to deliver context-aware suggestions. The following data feeds into its analysis:
- Brand Book Data — Your brand identity, tone of voice guidelines, target audience definitions, and messaging frameworks.
- Keyword Metrics — Current rankings, search volume, keyword difficulty, click-through rates, and position history for all tracked keywords.
- Competitor Data — Competitor domain performance, keyword overlap, content gaps, and ranking comparisons.
- AI Visibility Results — Brand mention rates across AI models, citation tracking, sentiment analysis, and prompt performance data.
- Content Performance — Page-level traffic, engagement metrics, conversion data, and content quality scores from your connected integrations.
- Historical Trends — Time-series data across all metrics, enabling RAISA to identify patterns, seasonal shifts, and long-term trajectory changes.
By combining these data sources, RAISA can draw connections that would be difficult to spot manually. For instance, it might correlate a drop in AI visibility with a competitor publishing a new piece of content on a topic you previously dominated.
Scope and Boundaries
RAISA is intentionally scoped to your Rankfender project data. This design decision ensures that every response is grounded in real, verifiable data from your account. Here is what this means in practice:
- RAISA will answer questions about your keywords, content, competitors, AI visibility, dashboards, and reports.
- RAISA will not answer general knowledge questions, provide coding help, or discuss topics unrelated to your project.
- If you ask an off-topic question, RAISA will let you know that it cannot help with that specific request and suggest relevant topics it can assist with instead.
- All responses include citations to the underlying data sources, so you can always verify the information RAISA provides.
Getting Started with RAISA
RAISA is available on all Rankfender plans, though the frequency of insight generation and the number of chat messages may vary based on your subscription tier. To start using RAISA:
- Navigate to any dashboard within your project. Insight Cards will appear automatically if RAISA has detected anything noteworthy.
- Click the chat widget in the bottom-right corner of any page, or press Cmd/Ctrl+J, to open the Chat Interface.
- Ask a question about your data, such as "What were my biggest ranking changes this week?" and RAISA will respond with a data-backed answer.
