Miglioramento dei metadati

Ottimizzazione IA dei tag titolo e delle meta descrizioni per migliorare i tassi di clic.

This feature is currently in development and will be available in a future release.

Introduction

The Metadata Enhancer will use AI to generate optimized title tags and meta descriptions for every page on your site. Title tags and meta descriptions are among the most impactful on-page SEO elements because they directly influence both search engine rankings and the click-through rate from search results. Despite their importance, metadata is often neglected, left as auto-generated defaults, or written without consideration for keyword targeting and user intent.

The Metadata Enhancer will take the guesswork out of writing metadata by analyzing your target keywords, studying competitor metadata for the same search terms, and applying proven CTR optimization patterns to generate suggestions that are both search-engine-friendly and compelling to human readers.

Optimization Criteria

Every metadata suggestion generated by the Metadata Enhancer will be evaluated against a comprehensive set of optimization criteria:

CriterionTitle TagMeta Description
Character Length50-60 characters to avoid truncation in search results150-160 characters to maximize visible text in search results
Keyword PlacementPrimary keyword placed near the beginning of the titlePrimary keyword included naturally within the first sentence

How It Works

The Metadata Enhancer follows a structured workflow designed to produce high-quality metadata at scale while keeping you in control of the final output:

Step 1: Site Scan

The tool scans your site to collect current title tags and meta descriptions for every page. It identifies pages with missing metadata, duplicate metadata, metadata that is too long or too short, and metadata that does not include the mapped target keyword.

Step 2: Competitor Analysis

For each page's target keyword (sourced from Keyword-to-Page Mapping), the tool analyzes the title tags and meta descriptions of the top-ranking competitors. This competitive intelligence informs the AI about what patterns are working in the current search landscape for that specific query.

Step 3: AI Generation

Using the target keyword, competitor analysis, page content context, and your Brand Book voice settings, the AI generates multiple title tag and meta description options for each page. You will typically receive three to five variations per page, each taking a different approach to positioning and messaging.

Step 4: Human Review

All generated suggestions are presented in a review interface where you can accept, edit, or reject each one. The review screen shows your current metadata alongside the suggestions, with visual indicators highlighting improvements in keyword usage, length, and uniqueness. Bulk approval is available for large sites so you can efficiently review hundreds of pages.

Step 5: Push to CMS

Approved metadata changes can be pushed directly to your website through CMS integrations. For sites without a direct integration, the tool will generate an export file with all approved changes that your development team can implement. Changes are tracked so you can verify they were applied correctly during the next site crawl.

Brand Voice Integration

The Metadata Enhancer will pull voice and tone settings from your Brand Book configuration in the Content module. This ensures that all generated metadata matches your brand's established communication style. If your brand uses a professional, authoritative tone, the generated titles and descriptions will reflect that. If your brand is more casual and conversational, the metadata will adapt accordingly. This consistency is especially important for agencies managing multiple client projects, where each client's metadata should reflect their unique brand identity.

A/B Testing Recommendations

For pages where the tool generates multiple strong metadata options, the Metadata Enhancer will suggest A/B testing opportunities. While the tool does not run the tests directly, it will:

  • Flag pages with the highest potential CTR improvement from metadata changes
  • Provide two distinct metadata variations optimized for different user intents
  • Recommend testing duration based on the page's traffic volume
  • Outline what metrics to track during the test
  • Suggest integration with Google Search Console to measure actual CTR changes

This data-driven approach to metadata optimization will help you move beyond guesswork and make decisions based on real performance data.

Bulk Generation

For large websites with hundreds or thousands of pages, the Metadata Enhancer will support bulk generation mode. In this mode, you can select pages by category, template type, or SEO score range and generate metadata for all of them in a single operation. Bulk generation is available on Agencies and Enterprise plans and is designed to make metadata optimization practical even for the largest sites. The bulk review interface will include filtering and sorting options to help you efficiently work through large volumes of suggestions.

Ongoing Monitoring

Metadata is not a set-and-forget element. Search trends change, competitors update their metadata, and your own content evolves. The Metadata Enhancer will continuously monitor your metadata and alert you when:

  • A new page is published without optimized metadata
  • Competitor metadata changes significantly for a target keyword
  • SERP feature formats change in a way that affects how your metadata is displayed
  • A page's click-through rate drops despite stable rankings, suggesting the metadata may need refreshing

These proactive alerts ensure your metadata stays optimized as the search landscape evolves around you.
